Once you have reserved our services, move on to your next wedding project. As long as your email address and number is current, we will contact you via email and phone when it’s time to start your DJ planning for the wedding.Click “Buy Now” to book your DJ services from Acacia djs.
Six weeks prior to your wedding date
Six weeks prior to your wedding date, you’ll receive an email to begin your DJ profile questionnaire, event details report, and music song list, which will be available online. You're welcome to start it sooner, but as your wedding details are more solidified at that time, we suggest you wait.Three weeks prior to your wedding date
The DJ profile questionnaire, event details report, song list, and the final payment are due Three weeks prior to your event date. We will then review your information and select a DJ that best fits your style.One week prior to your wedding date
Your DJ will contact you on Sunday between 6-9PM during the week of your wedding to schedule a final consultation to discuss the wedding event details.If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at anytime. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your special day.
